Food Delivery in city of Bab after Barrel Bombing

IMKANDER’s help teams succeeded to deliver the donations to El Bab District after barrel bombing by Assad regime.  The electricity isn't available in the region and people live in crude tents set in front of their wrecked homes.

The human crisis inSyriais getting worse day by day and the works of the aid organizations intensify.

Helping to the war immigrants, our association delivered donation in El Bab settlement region ofAleppobarrel bombed by Assad regime.

Innumerable building is completely destructed in Bab and people live in crude tents set in front of their wrecked homes with their limited possibilities.  The people of the city immigrate to the regions near Turkish border so long as they are able to.  The city experiences frequent electricity failure.  It isn’t possible to perform surgery operations in hospitals.

Taking part in aid operations, Murat Özer, President of IMKANDER said in his explanations: “El Bab isn’t so much far away Turkish border.  But it is very difficult to get there now.  Assad regime performs air bombing onto the region under opponents' control arbitrarily.   Last time, a barrel bomb hit the midst of the market.  That increased the casualties even more.  Majority of them were women and children.  Assad regime aims to induce “exasperation” by barrel bombing onto the safe region in order to stop the advance of the opponents.  Meanwhile, we saw the children we interviewed extremely determined and hopeful. Turkish people should back their brothers.”

The barrel bomb isn’t specific to the regular armies.  It is made from filling flammable and explosive materials into the barrels that are generally used as fuel containers, together with metals like nails.  It is dropped from the helicopters randomly.  It isn’t possible to consider any target.

Children helpless against hunger and cold

Conducting aid campaign under the motto of “Children Suffers From Hunger”, IMKANDER conducts aid campaign via distributing the package consisted of the basic foodstuff and blanket.

The freezing incidents have increased upon cold season inSyria.  It isn’t possible to operate electric heaters, since the electricity supply is out of operation in the country.  There isn’t coal in the country either.  The diesel is the only fuel.  It is of extremely poor quality, since it isn’t refined.

Household furniture aid for immigrants

Conducting aids on behalf of the immigrants in exile in Turkey, our Gaziantep Representation Office conducts household furniture and food to Syrian immigrants sheltered in Turkey upon intensification of confrontations.
